About us

Studio Bowerbridge is an interior design studio working on residential and unique commercial projects both across the UK and further afield. Led by Creative Director Katie Brigstock, the studio blends imaginative, artistic flair with functional design to create spaces that are not only beautiful but considered and comfortable too.

We work alongside our clients to ensure their homes are a true reflection of their personality and practical needs. Our style usually incorporates a carefully considered mix of both antiques and more contemporary colours and fabrics. It’s all in the detail - respecting the history of the building and its character too.

A home is more than just a building and some furniture, it should be a visual representation of the people who inhabit it and a celebration of life’s little everyday moments. Katie’s journey into design began in London, where she co-founded the acclaimed events styling business We Are Cook & Baker, producing and styling high-end events for private and commercial clients. After a successful career in food and event styling, Katie relocated to Edinburgh, where she launched Style Your Spaces in 2020. The year 2022 saw the opening of the flagship SYS homeware store in Edinburgh’s New Town - selling both in-house designs and an amalgamation of Katie’s favourite brands from around the globe.

After a flurry of requests for in-house design work from customers, Katie started training at KLC School of Design, ultimately growing Style Your Spaces into Bowerbridge—a studio dedicated to elevating homes with thoughtful, bespoke interiors.
